An originally California two-owner car with complete records, maintained consistently, and garaged throughout its life, this Mercedes, affectionately named "Joplin," is young at only 198plusK miles. The paint and body defy its age, and the metallic green color invites compliments whenever it is driven. The interior as well has been well cared for. The AC and heating work well, and the radio has been updated. New but original alloy wheels have been added, and the tires still have substantial life in them. Taken care of by experienced Mercedes mechanics, all systems work well, and the fuel and water pumps, among other things have been changed. The brake pads are relatively new. You can search far and wide, but it will be very difficult to find a car with the service background and quality condition of "Janis". It has a wonderful feel when you drive it on local roads and interstate highways as well. You have to see it and touch it to appreciate it.
