This vehicle is being sold AS IS WHERE IS and that it has not been reconditioned, in any way, by the Seller. Seller makes no representation as to the drivability or reliability of the subject vehicle. Customer has the right to have the budget vehicle inspected by a mechanic of his or her choice and Customer is encouraged by Seller to do so in order to determine the extent of any mechanical issues associated with the vehicle. The price range of the vehicle is predicated by two factors: (1) age of the vehicle; and (2) mileage on the vehicle. Such vehicle is more likely than not to have mechanical issues that may render the vehicle inoperable without Customers further investment in repairs. Seller has no obligation to perform any such repairs.
